This project aimed to craft a highly engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing gateway for an online casino gaming platform. The goal was to attract users with a fun and exciting experience, without overwhelming them with complexity.

Late in VastPlay sprint, the marketing team requested a time-limited hero banner with extra VFX, adding heavy motion assets and tighter deadline risked slow mobile performance and delayed launch. To respond quickly, I conduct a meeting with the developers the same day to review asset sizes, then simplified the design by replacing the full video loop with a lighter GPU- friendly animation and update the Figma specs immediately so the team could implement changes without disrupting the schedule.
